Baku. Aynur Aliyeva – APA-Economics. Supervisory Board of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies under the Ministry of Communications discusses new documents. Ministry of communication and IT told APA-Economics that new three documents must be approved at the next meeting of the supervisory Board. These are “Evaluation factors of investment projects submitted by entities for giving credits through the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies”, “Documents to be submitted by banks and non-banking organizations intending to participate as an authorized credit organization in giving of credits through the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies” and “Requirements on development of investment projects submitted by the entities for receiving credits through the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies”. Evaluation of investment projects submitted by entities for giving credits through the Fund will be carried our under 100-point system. 30 points are for “Conformity of the investment projects to government’s policy on ICT sphere and priorities by the Fund”, 15 points for “Conformity of investment projects to the minimum development requirements”, 20 points to whether the product (service) on the investment project has innovative-capacity, is exportable and can substitute import, 20 points to economic profitability indices of the project, 15 points to business history of the entity. Transition point is 60.
