The fourth visit of Lithuanian companies to Bakutel
Boleta Senkiene, Head of Export and Investment at INFOBALT:
- INFOBALT, founded in 1994, is the national association of ICT companies, and it unites 130 Lithuanian companies and educational and training institutions, which employ about ten thousand specialists. The association strives to create the best conditions for the growth of the ICT sector and it is a member of the international DIGITAL, EUROPE and WITSA structures.
INFOBALT has organized the participation of representatives from Lithuanian companies at Bakutel for the fourth time. Our overall opinion is that the exhibition is very interesting and helpful for Lithuanians, who meet here with partners and potential customers. We all enjoy the business-like and friendly attitude of our Azerbaijani colleagues. We were especially honoured to be visited by the President of Azerbaijan and appreciated his words of welcome addressed to the Lithuanian exhibitors.
We consider Azerbaijan to be among the top five countries with which Lithuania seeks to develop comprehensive business relations. This year, our delegation includes eight companies, each with its own ICT solutions. The e-banking products, which use the natural user interface - voice and hand gestures – may be the most interesting to the Azerbaijani market.
Our companies also offer solutions in the field of information security, network vulnerability testing, and management solutions for both the public and private sector, including the electronic management of revenues and disbursements.
More information about the Lithuanian companies can be found at www.infobalt.lt or by visiting our stand # 2208.
